Developed and delivered webinars, roundtables and conference presentations for a global intranet platform, establishing their UK and EMEA presence through strategic partnerships with industry bodies and agencies.

Working in partnership with Karen Dolan HRM to support staff engagement during a restructure and introduction of a new performance and development system. Work included focus groups and a staff survey.

Working with Grayling Communications (global PR agency) to help establish their internal communications, change and engagement client offer, which has included working with a variety of clients including FMCG, legal and government.
Set up internal comms in-house
Set up the internal communications and engagement function for a satellite communications scale-up business, which included channel strategy, measurement, employee surveying and employee resource groups. Plus additional support for a restructure.
